Band-A-Thon Due Dates

Dear Band Parents and Awesome Volunteers, 

Just a reminder to keep those collections rolling for BANDATHON!

All forms are due next week. We will be doing collections outside the band room from 7:45am-8:15am Monday through Friday next week. All donations are due on October 23rd.

Please bring individually wrapped snacks.

  • 8th graders bringing waters 
  • 7th graders bringing a savory/salty snack  
  • 6th graders bringing a sweet snack
  • Raffle items can be brought in with Bandathon forms or can be given to Mrs Bishop before October 27th.
  • SignUp Genius Invitations will be going out today for all of the different parent volunteer needs we will have for this event.  Give generously of your time.  The Bandathon performance is given by students for students, so no pressure, parents, if you can't attend (you'll get to see the finished work at our concerts in December), but we will definitely need lots of parent volunteers to make this happen!
