These concerts are free to the Public.

Friday June 26  7:00pm
Sertoma Amphitheatre
Fred G. Bond Metro Park, 801 High House Rd, Cary, NC 27513

From marches to movies to classic American traditional music, we perform a musical tribute to the American Civil war.  A piece by Dan Price: "An American Tale" showcases melodies including "The Battle Hymn of the Republic", "The Girl I Left Behind", "Kingdom Come", "Yankee Doodle Dandy", "The Soldiers Return", "Turkey in the Straw", and concludes with "Amazing Grace", a song synonymous with slavery and selected to conclude the medley as a reflection of the war's primary goal. You'll recognize many of the marches, and movie themes featured in the program.
Come early for parking and enjoy an evening in the woods with us...

The Triangle Brass Band is supported in part by the Town of Cary and a grant from the Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival, a Cary based festival supporting the local arts and non-profit organizations and activities.
